Mindfulness- and Creativity-Based Therapy, Retreats, and Teaching
Finding stability, meaning, and connection even in times of change
The Art of Feeling at Home is more than a title, it is a way of living that has grown from over 30 years of mindfulness practice, creativity, and accompanying people through life's transitions.
More than three decades ago, a life-changing accident introduced me to meditation. Daily practice became my anchor, and creativity became an essential part of my healing journey. Together, mindfulness and creativity have shaped the approach that now guides my therapy, teaching, retreats, and workshops.
Life continually invites us to adapt, grow, and find our way through change. In these moments, cultivating presence, self-awareness, and inner steadiness can help us reconnect with what matters most and discover a deeper sense of home within ourselves.
This journey also inspired my book, The Art of Feeling at Home, where I share practical ways to cultivate resilience, presence, and well-being through mindfulness and creativity.
Whether you're looking for individual therapy, a mindfulness retreat, a course, or simply a place to begin, you're warmly invited to explore. Together, we can cultivate greater presence, resilience, and a deeper sense of feeling at home within yourself.

Sarit Zeltzer
With over 20 years of experience, my work focuses on trauma therapy, emotional well-being, and supporting individuals facing grief and loss. I integrate mindfulness and creativity to help people find healing and growth, whether through individual therapy, group work, or professional training.
Over 30 years ago, my life took an unexpected and dramatic turn. A near-death accident shattered the path I had imagined for myself. One moment, I was a young artist full of plans, and the next, I was unconscious, waking to a world I no longer recognized. Bedridden and uncertain of what lay ahead, I was forced to let go of the life I thought I knew.
In that stillness, I began to rebuild. Tai Chi, meditation, and mindfulness became my anchors, helping me connect with the present moment and discover new strength within. These practices didn’t just help me recover they reshaped my understanding of resilience, healing, and the power of creativity.
This transformative journey inspired my therapeutic work and led to the development of the Gaia method a creative healing approach that supports people through conception, pregnancy, and childbirth. It has since been adopted by professionals worldwide.
My own experiences, coupled with the resilience I’ve witnessed in my clients especially during the challenges of war also inspired my book, The Art of Feeling at Home. It offers practical tools to navigate trauma and embrace healing through mindfulness and creativity.
Life’s challenges may rewrite the stories we plan, but they also open the door to new possibilities. If you’re seeking ways to process grief, find healing, or embrace change, I invite you to explore this space. Together, we can uncover the transformative power of mindfulness and creativity to heal, grow, and rediscover your path.
Feel free to reach out with any questions or thoughts. I look forward to connecting.

THE ART OF FEELING AT HOME - Guided Practices
The Art of Feeling at Home is an invitation to explore what it means to find a sense of home within yourself, especially during times when life feels uncertain, disrupted, or changed.
Sometimes life events : loss, illness, trauma, transitions, or unexpected challenges, create a sense that a gap has opened between the life we once knew and the reality we now face. In these moments, it can be difficult to feel at home in ourselves, in our relationships, or in the world around us.
The book offers a gentle companion for this journey, weaving together mindfulness, creativity, personal stories, practical guidance, and insights drawn from over 30 years of practice and more than 20 years of therapeutic work supporting people through trauma, crisis, and emotional challenges.
Here, you are invited to begin with the practices.
The free guided practices offered on this page are drawn directly from the book's approach. They provide simple and grounded ways to pause, breathe, reconnect with the present moment, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety, presence, and belonging.

No Place to far
Six Online Gatherings for Connection, Dialogue & Shared Humanity
Staying Grounded in a Rapidly Changing World
How do we live with uncertainty and loss?
How do we cultivate creativity, hope, and our shared humanity in a rapidly changing world?
No Place Too Far is an invitation to pause and come together around questions that matter to us in our lives, our work, and the world we share.
Over six online sessions, we create a space to listen, be curious, exchange perspectives, and make contact with one another. There is no fixed programme and no expectation to find answers. We allow the conversation to unfold from what participants bring, leaving room for difference, uncertainty, and what emerges between us.
The group will bring together people from different backgrounds and experiences. This diversity offers an opportunity to encounter perspectives we may not otherwise meet and to be together in our shared humanity.
There is no pressure to perform, no requirement to speak, and nothing to achieve.
You are welcome to speak, to listen, to connect, or simply to be present.
Show up as you are, in this moment.
Why This Space Matters
We are living in a time of rapid change, uncertainty, loss, and increasing division. Much of our public conversation happens through positions, opinions, and debate. Fewer spaces let us slow down, listen to one another, and simply be together as human beings. No Place Too Far offers such a space.
These gatherings are not debates, and there is no expectation to persuade, perform, or arrive at a conclusion. Instead, we make room for different experiences and perspectives, including those that may not be familiar to us.
We believe that being able to remain curious, present, and in contact with one another, especially across uncertainty and difference, is an important part of staying human.
Our facilitation is intentionally light and spacious. We offer a respectful container while allowing the conversation to emerge from the people who are present.
You are welcome to speak, to listen, to connect, or simply to be there.
Although the sessions are informed by trauma psychotherapy, mindfulness, and creativity, No Place Too Far is not therapy or group psychotherapy. It is a space to meet, listen, share, and be together in our common humanity.
About No Place Too Far
Eenasul Fateh and Sarit Zeltzer are colleagues, friends, and experienced trauma practitioners working in clinical and community settings with people affected by trauma, as well as those involved in causing harm.
Drawing on our experience in trauma psychotherapy, mindfulness, creativity, and many years of working with individuals, groups, and communities, we offer a space for curiosity, dialogue, connection, and shared presence.
Our collaboration brings together different professional and cultural perspectives and grows from a shared commitment to creating healthy, humane, and sustainable spaces for connection across civil society.
No Place Too Far is inspired by trauma-informed drop-ins that we each facilitate in physical spaces—places where people can simply arrive, have tea, coffee and biscuits, and take part in whatever way feels right for them, including not talking.
We are bringing that same spirit online.
Come as you are.
What to Expect
Each gathering lasts 90 minutes. There is no predetermined topic and no preparation is required.
The conversation may touch on what is happening in the world, our personal or professional lives,
uncertainty, loss, creativity, hope, difference, or whatever feels present.
There may be moments of mindfulness or creative exploration,
but there is no expectation to participate in any particular way.
These are drop-ins rather than debates. We ask participants to leave space
for others and to share only what they feel comfortable sharing.
