The mindfulness approach tools are proven in research to help reduce stress and cope with emotional dysregulation. It is now known that attentiveness allows the development of communication skills, emotion regulation, and mental clarity through intentional and non-judgmental attention to sensations, thoughts, and emotions in the present tense. Creation allows for external expression and the giving of meaning to sensations and emotions. The combination of attention and creativity tools enables the improvement of the ability to cope with challenging life situations and the creation of emotional well-being.

In the course, we will learn to combine attentiveness and creativity in accordance with personal and professional needs.

Studies conducted in recent years prove that practicing the mindfulness approach in the classroom allows the teacher to create a relaxed climate of socio-emotional well-being in both the teacher and the students. It is also now known that the practice of access tools affects brain functions and contributes to the development of communication skills, emotional regulation, and mental clarity. The studies also showed that thanks to the implementation of the access tools, there was a decrease in general psychological distress indices among teachers, an improvement in burnout indices of teaching staff, and an improvement in attention indices among teachers. The course includes learning based on the basics of the mindfulness approach and practice in the format of the MBSR-Mindfulness Based Stress Release course combined with creation for illustration and assimilation.

This course of study is given atthe Pisgah centers to employees of the Ministry of Education.
