1 - Embrace the unknown through focused breathing practice

Step into this first practice with openness and curiosity.
Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you can spend a few uninterrupted moments. You may wish to have a notebook and pen nearby, or art materials if visual expression feels supportive.

Take a little time to create an atmosphere that helps you settle — soft light, silence, or gentle music. Then bring your attention to the breath, noticing its natural rhythm, just as it is. Stay curious about what you sense in the body, the mind, or the heart, allowing experience to unfold without needing to change or judge it.

When the breathing practice comes to a close, pause before moving on. You might reflect, write, or create in a way that feels right for you in that moment. There is nowhere you need to arrive. Simply meeting what is here is enough.
